The stay here was really lovely for a business trip. I stayed in impressive and spotlessly clean room with a bath as expected. The stuff was amazingly nice, friendly with every request. The food choices where brilliant. The location was unbeatable and decent for me, nEAR TO THE INTERNATIONAL FAIR.

There was parking lot missing, I was a little disappointed.

Liked our nice designed room equipped with a bath. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were very handy.

The location was marvellous and perfect, to an Italian restaurant that does n't have breakfast, in the fairly nice area.

all in all everything was perfectly fine, had a perfect 10/10 stay for a business trip. the location was exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walk from a bulgarian cultural museum. had triple room with big beds and wake-up service was available in it.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect there, very close to the art district. There were air conditioning, a minibar, and an electronic key card in the room, truly enjoyed that.

Overall had just perfect stay for a business trip. Really enjoyed the room, it was reasonably large with big beds.

The hotel has a nicely decorated reception and a fancy, clean lobby. The staff at the reception is polite and speaks excellent English. There is an elevator and vending machines. The room was clean and suitable for a one-night stay.

The hotel is easily accessible; The reception staff all spoke very good English, were very friendly and very accomodating to all our needs. We booked a double room, and on arrival were upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious. We were allowed to park our motorbike directly outside the Hotel, meaning security was not a problem

The staff was excellent -- extremely helpful. They upgraded us from a regular room to a suite at no extra charge. Location was excellent as well -- easy to find by car, good parking, and within walking distance of downtown. Very good value.

the prices were very reasonable, making it a good value for money option. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, equipped with smart TVs. The staff were very polite and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, as it was only a short 15-minute walk to the city center and even closer to the old town area.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of fresh air in the room due to the small window that couldn't be opened. However, overall, everything was satisfactory.

First of all, all members of staff were kind, considerate, helpful and provided excellent service! Everyone could feel special. Despite language barriers with staff other than receptionists, we were both able to communicate and they were doing what they could to make their guests feel wonderful. A lady at the reception even offered she sends a parcel for me abroad in case I have difficulty communicating. The room I stayed in was enormous!! I asked twice if this is a room for a single use, and the response I got was: Yes, feel at home! The room was very clean and was made clean and tidy every day. The air conditioner was working perfectly well, considering the hot weather. There were various good channels on TV in case you got tired and wanted to spend some time in a room. On the 1st day, a lady brought me a wireless kettle and some teas and coffees (although I did not ask!). Very kind! The internet was free of charge. So far, the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I do recommend it to anyone who plans a trip to Plovdiv!!

It is very well located just north of the city centre, it will take you perhaps 15-20 min on foot to get from the hotel to the centre, or you can take a bus (#7 from the central station) or a trolleybus. There is a restaurant with very good food and also very good prices ~50 m from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great - around 10-15 minutes walk from Shahbeddin Imarethane Mosque.
